Opposition to promotional E-mails

We hereby expressly prohibit the use of contact data published in the context of website legal notice requirements with regard to sending promotional and informational materials not expressly requested. Server log files

Contact form

When you send us an inquiry via our contact form, we store the information you enter there, including the contact details you provide, so we can process your inquiry and if necessary respond to any follow-up questions. We do not share this information with anyone without your consent.

Accordingly, the data you enter into the contact form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (see Article 6 para. 1 (a) of the GDPR). You may withdraw said consent at any time; simply send us an informal e-mail to this effect. The legality of any data processing performed up this point shall remain unaffected by this withdrawal.

We store the data you have shared with us via the contact form until you request us to erase the data, withdraw your consent to its storage, or until the reason for us storing the data no longer exists (for instance, once we have dealt fully with your request). This shall not apply if we are required by law to continue storing the data, for instance for a prescribed period of time.

Signing up for services and digital content

We transmit personally identifiable data to third parties only to the extent required to fulfill the terms of your contract with us, for example, to banks entrusted to process your payments.

Newsletter data

We use Newsletter2go for sending newsletters. The provider is Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, D-10179 Berlin. With this service, we can organize and analyze the sending of newsletters. The data you enter to receive the newsletter, such as your e-mail address, is stored on the Sendinblue servers. Server locations are Germany.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time by unsubscribing to the newsletter. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

To fully comply with the legal data protection requirements, we have concluded a contract with Sendinblue for order processing.
